improve product page<\/li><li>Increase Price by $10<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>These changes got me to 3.8 ROAS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Added $1k in ad spend midday after saw it rolling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 x $100 adsets using best performing creative from test campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spent $1.3k for $4.9k 3.8 ROAS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next day added another $1k in ad spend targeting men only based on data I had + male in the main ad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The men-only campaign sucked. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$2.2k spend for $5k 2.3 ROAS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the next few days, I was killing any bad adsets and lower ad spend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$1.3k spend for $4.1k 3.2 ROAS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mostly being carried by a \u201cnew\u201d creative now with a girl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cnew\u201d creative was one from the original test that started getting spent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve seen TikTok do this often. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A creative won\u2019t spend much early but eventually starts popping when spend gets allocated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So at this point, we\u2019re at $4k days with a 3ish ROAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Randomly realized me and my supplier were not on the same page. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I thought the $30 quote included a power bank (it didn\u2019t). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A power bank would be an extra $12 so now $42 COGS.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AND it had to be shipped separately (nightmare). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This meant no profit for all previous sales.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regroup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decided to add variants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Old offer:<\/strong> $69.99 option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New offer:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$69.99 no power bank. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$79.99 with a small power bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$89.99 with a large power bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AOV jumped $70 &#8211; $85. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conversion boost due to a more clear offer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ROAS jumped to 5+ <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$1.1k spend for $5.7k. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blessing in disguise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Time for degen scaling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I guess it&#8217;s also time for post-purchase upsell (I\u2019m lazy). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Launched first big-scale campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 x $300 adsets made up of top interests from the original campaign using the \u201cnew\u201d creative from earlier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Killing any unprofitable adsets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Added $2.5k spend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$3.6k spent for $25k 6.9 ROAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now it\u2019s easy &#8211; scaling where possible but never spent more than $22k\/day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spent $116k for $790k the week following BF for 6.8 ROAS. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kept selling into Christmas \/ January and even some Feb nothing crazy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"828\" height=\"828\" src=\"https:\/\/super-ali.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/FPluCrgXsAE6icr.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-184\" srcset=\"https:\/\/super-ali.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/FPluCrgXsAE6icr.jpeg 828w, https:\/\/super-ali.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/FPluCrgXsAE6icr-300x300.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/super-ali.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/FPluCrgXsAE6icr-150x150.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/super-ali.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/FPluCrgXsAE6icr-768x768.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 828px) 100vw, 828px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tried to keep this post as short as possible and had to leave out a lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Here are the total stats for the 30 days <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adspend:<\/strong> $238,789.30 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Revenue:<\/strong> $1,414,224.87 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ROAS<\/strong> 5.94 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profit:<\/strong> $420k before refunds\/chargebacks still TBD but roughly $340k &#8211;
