How to reach your first $1K-$2K days after failing multiple products

Eddie shared his process to take action after failing in this thread:

Overthinking is what delayed my success. So I’ll make things clear for you:

you will never find the perfect dropshipping product, they all got downsides.

Every. Single. One.

Yet you still see people on you feed flexing numbers.

That will be you after reading the rest of this.

Do yourself a favour, go on the Facebook ads library, filter by active video ads that had impressions in the last 3 days and got scrolling.

Read this again to make sure you apply the right filters.

Now look for ads that have multiple active copies, check the attached pictures, for example.

These ads both have 20+ copies running.

That doesn’t mean that they’re both 100% winning products, but it’s a good indication that whoever runs these stores is possibly spending a decent amount of money.

You wouldn’t spend a lot of money on unprofitable ads, would you?

On top of that, they’re both offering a valuable improvement to the user’s life.

  • Getting up easily – for elders
  • Safety – for babies

Gigantic niches with heavy marketing angles. You see a pattern here

These products aren’t selling well for no reason. They are NEEDED.

When you run into multiple ads like my examples above, build a list of about 5-6 of them.

Check their stores and the rest of their ads.

I guarantee you’ll find things you can do better.

Now here’s the part where I used to overthink like an idiot:

The part where… You FREAKING start!

Just pick one of the products from your list, yeah, it won’t be perfect, doesn’t matter. You pick it and test it.

The sooner you get the failures, the sooner you’ll find success.

What’s the next move?

Making a store.

And everyone’s asking “General? Niche? One-product?”.

None, really. Here’s what you do:

Create a store with a random name that means nothing (don’t add words like “trends”, “shop”, “deals”, come on, guys).

Danepurple dot com. Done. Perfect name? Nope.

Doesn’t matter. See the pattern?

Action > Endlessly seeking perfection. Believe me.

Pick one base color to make it look branded, just one (along with black & white).

Don’t overcomplicate things.

Simple = professional and brandy.

Then add your product to the store and write a convincing description.

How?

Find the product on amazon, for example, and see what people said in the reviews.

Use what they liked about it as marketing angles, and answer to what they didn’t like – to clear doubts.

That sounds like a one-product store so far? Well, it’s not.

You’ll see why.

So this whole process shouldn’t take you more than a few hours, honestly.

Now put some ad creatives together based on what your competitors did, but make them better.

I won’t go into detail about ad creatives now, you can watch my YouTube videos to see how I do them.

Next:

Schedule 7-8 ad sets for midnight, one interest each at $20/day.

Have 4-7 ads inside each.

This is what I do to end up running into days like in this picture, and fast.

Yes, this is the same store as a few minutes ago, but with an extra ~ $200 in sales. (We’re not done just yet though)

Listen, we’ll be real. You’ll most likely fail this product.

But it does. Not. Matter.

All you do now (besides learning as much as possible from this experience) is remove that product from the store, and add the next one from your list.

Boom! Why so easy?

Danepurple dot come works for EVERY PRODUCT.

The simple, branded color theme works for any product.

It’s so, so simple and fast guys.

I’m telling you, you do this and test the products on your list (made as explained above), and you WILL find a winner.

Make sure to thank Eddie if you enjoyed this post.
