HOW TO FIND WINNING PRODUCTS TO BUILD A $1,000,000 ECOM BRAND

Kobe shares the exact steps you can copy to find winning products and build a 7-figure eCom brand.

For this to work, you have to understand this one thing:

WINNING PRODUCTS ARE CREATED, NOT FOUND.
WINNING PRODUCTS ARE CREATED, NOT FOUND.
WINNING PRODUCTS ARE CREATED, NOT FOUND.
WINNING PRODUCTS ARE CREATED, NOT FOUND.
WINNING PRODUCTS ARE CREATED, NOT FOUND.

Yeah, I lied, I’m not going to teach you how to find winning products.

I’m going to teach you my step-by-step process to CREATE winning products.

Which I believe gives you a much higher chance at success and is how i’ve built multiple 7-figure brands.

Let’s use this sleep machine aroma diffuser as an example.

Do you think these guys are making money? Does this look like a winning product?

NO. It’s just some random product with:
NO benefits.
No solutions.
No experiences.

So how do we turn this into a winning product and into a brand that can generate 7-figures a year?

Step 1:

Read amazon reviews for similar products.

The goal here is to get more insight into what customers use this for so we can turn this boring old product into a solution aka a winning product.

I’m looking at the VERY first listing after searching “sleep machine diffuser” on amazon.

I haven’t even made it to the reviews yet but I think I found something interesting. Look at the title, towards the end.

This is the first time in my entire life i’ve seen anything about sleep machines and oil diffusers being helpful to kids.

Now let’s google it to see if there’s any research to back this up

  1. It’s great for marketing.
  2. We always try to sell things that work.

“Do sleep machines help kids fall asleep”. Look at result #1

And unless you live under a rock, you know new parents suffer greatly from lack of sleep.

Another quick google search confirms this:

See where i’m going with this?

We aren’t going to sell a sleep machine or a diffuser…

We’re gonna sell a solution to a big problem new parents face.

Selling a solution > selling a product.

But we aren’t done yet, it’s gonna be VERY hard to make any sales with a TERRIBLE page like this one:

Let’s take it up a notch, see how much better this is?

Don’t get too caught up on the design, keep it simple and focus on the messaging, that’s what’s important.

You can do the same with a basic Shopify product page as well.

Now? We have a winning product on our hands.

But we didn’t find it – we CREATED it.

This is the exact way i’ve built multiple 7-figure eCom brands.
